Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Case group: 1. Neurological diseases (Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's disease,cerebral stroke, nervous system autoimmune disease are in line with the standardized diagnosis respectively); 2. Aged older than 18 years old,male or female. Control group: 1. People without brain diseases; 2. Aged older than 18 years old, male or female.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Case group: 1. Complicated with two or more following diseases: Neurodegenerative diseases (Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's disease), cerebral stroke,nervous system autoimmune disease (myasthenia gravismultiple sclerosis, Guillian-Barre syndrome) or brain tumor (glioma,meningioma,hypophysoma); 2. History of head trauma,history of mental illness; 3. History of surgery without metal implants. Control group: 1. Compliance with the inclusion criteria but refusal to sign the informed consent form.
