Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The diagnosis of COPD is confirmed by the subject's symptoms, signs, and pulmonary function tests, in line with the guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of COPD developed by the Chinese Medical Association Respiratory Diseases Association in 2013; 2. Age and gender are not limited; 3. FEV1/FVC <70% and FEV1 <80% of the predictive value after inhalation of bronchodilator.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Obesity, BMI = 28; (2) Hyperlipidemia (plasma total cholesterol > 5.17 mmol /l or triglycerides > 2.3 mmol/l); (3) Diagnosed diabetic patients; (4) Diagnosed hypertension patients; (5) Alzheimer's disease patients; (6) Diagnosis of tumor patients; (7) Anyone who has used any antibiotic in the past 2 weeks; (8) Patients who are unfit for this study considered by the investigators.
