18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) selective spinal fracture reduction and internal fixation; 2) patients undergoing general anesthesia with tracheal intubation; 3) aged 18-55 years old; 4) BMI <30kg/m2; 5) ASA I or II; 6) Sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)shock or coma; 2)gastrointestinal disease or long-term use of gastroenteric drugs; 3)allergic to local anesthetic; 4)difficult communication or patients who do not use intravenous analgesia pump.
