Age
18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients meeting diagnostic criteria; (2) Patients aged between 18 and 65 years old; (3) VAS is greater than 30mm (3 points); (4) Patients who agree to sign informed consent and voluntarily accept Shi-style lumbar manipulations or traction therapy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Tumor and tuberculosis in vertebral body or spinal canal; (2) Imaging examination indicated the fracture of the vertebral pedicle of the lumbar spine; (3) The history of neurological diseases (including polio, guillain-barre syndrome, myasthenia gravis, etc.) (4) Patients who have undergone lumbar surgery in the past; (5) Patients with systemic diseases such as malignant tumors, diabetes, severe rheumatism and severe osteoporosis.
