Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 22 to 40 years old; 2. The diagnostic criteria for PCOS are based on the revised 2003 Rotterdam European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology (ESHRE)/American Society of Reproductive Medicine (ASRM) PCOS Consensus Workshop Group diagnostic criteria and have two of the following three: (1) oligo- and/or anovulation; (2) clinical and/or biochemical signs of hyperandrogenism; (3) ovarian enlargement, at least 12 small follicles with a diameter of 2 ~ 9mml on each side and / or unilateral or bilateral ovarian volume =10ml. With exclusion of congenital adrenal hyperplasia or other known causes of ovarian tumors that secrete testosterone. 3. Body mass index = 24kg / m2; 4. Plan to conceive, but agree to use non-pharmacological contraception in three months; 5. Agree to follow up in our hospital during pregnancy and give birth in our hospital.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. used drugs that affect glycolipid metabolism and sex hormone levels recently; 2. Other endocrine diseases such as hyperprolactinemia, congenital adrenal hyperplasia (CAH); hyperprolactinemia and other endocrine diseases that produce high androgen, such as Cushing's syndrome, and tumors that secrete androgen; 3. Autoimmune disease, cancer, type 1, or type 2 diabetes; 4. Drug treatment: have taken cortisol, antidepressants, hypoglycemic drugs, hormonal contraceptives, ovulation promoting drugs or other drugs which judged by researchers in the past 12 weeks; 5. Plan for pregnancy in 3 months or no pregnancy requirements; 6. Need to deliver in the other hospitals for various reasons; 7. Have language barrier or unable to understand the requirements of the experiment; 8. Severe liver and kidney function, other organ failure or mental illness.
