Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. From April 2018 to December 2020, patients with cervical degenerative diseases, lumbar degenerative diseases and asymptomatic patients who received full-length positive and lateral spine X-ray examination in our hospital; 2. All patients with cervical degenerative diseases were treated with anterior discectomy/vertebral subtotal resection combined with intervertebral bone graft fusion, or with posterior laminoplasty; 3. Patients with lumbar degeneration were treated with posterior decompression pedicle screw rod system internal fixation intervertebral bone graft fusion; 4. Asymptomatic patients should have no history of spine related malformations or bone and joint diseases; 5. Chinese residents, yellow race; 6. Male and female aged at least 18 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Obvious deformities that can be found by imaging examination, such as scoliosis, lumbar spondylolisthesis, lumbar spondylolysis, hypoplastic disease, unequal length of lower limbs, etc.; 2.History of bone and joint diseases; 3.History of severe trauma.
