Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 75 year male and female; 2. Patients with HCC who meet EASL/AALSD criteria or The Standard of Diagnosis and Treatment of primary liver cancer (version 2017); 3. Transarterial Chemoembolization (TACE) for the first time; 4. Normal Barbeau Tests; 5. Radial artery (US) = 2mm; 6. Patients and / or family members agree to participate in clinical trials and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of severe allergies or intolerance to contrast or chemotherapeutic agents; 2. Radial / femoral artery pulsation disappeared; 3. Other medical procedures via radial artery are required during hospitalization; 4. Neurological or mental disorders; 5. Patients and / or family members do not agree to participate in clinical trials and sign informed consent.
