Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Aged 20-35 years old, due to full term single pregnancy to be in the epidural block down cesarean section or painless delivery of pregnant women, volunteer to participate in this study and obtain informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Previous history of mental illness or family history; Pregnant women with complete/partial placenta previa who require general anesthesia; There are contraindications to epidural block, including poor coagulation function, puncture site infection, obvious lumbar spine injury, etc.; Allergic to local anesthetics; Severe pregnancy complications: such as uncontrolled gestational hypertension or diabetes mellitus with severe heart, liver, and kidney damage
