Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. In patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease diagnosed by clinical and examination, coronary CT showed 50-70% coronary atherosclerotic stenosis. The nature of the plaque belongs to soft plaque or mixed plaque, but without PCI or bypass surgery, TCM syndrome differentiation belongs to phlegm-stasis syndrome, a total of 60 cases; 2. Aged 18 to 70 years old; 3. Long-term life in Lingnan area. (Residence > 3 years, annual > 9 months); 4. Informed consent of this study and signing of informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with malignant tumors; 2. Pregnant and lactating women, and those allergic to traditional Chinese medicine; 3. Complicated with severe infections, severe primary diseases such as cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system, and psychiatric patients; 4. Those with congenital metabolic abnormalities or immune diseases; 5. Those who take other medicines or take medicines in combination with other chronic diseases; 6. Poor compliance is expected and regular visits cannot be made; 7. Participating in other clinical trials in the last three months; 8. Researchers believe that there are other situations that are not suitable for the experiment.
