Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Health subjects without clinical significant retinal/choroidal abnormalities; 2. Adults aged 18 to 80 years; 3. Refraction error within ±3 dioptors and the corrected visual acuity was greater than or equal to 0.9; 4. Patient with consent to perform the fundus examination and the visual electrophysiology.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Any active or inactive retinal/choroidal disorders/optic nerve disease; 2. Patients with the treatment of laser photocogulation; 3. Patients with glaucoma, cataract and other refractive media are turbid, and high myopia and other diseases affecting fundus examination; 4. Patients with nystagmus, inability to fixate and other causes to poor compliance.
