Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients, conforming to ASA I to III, scheduled for elective surgery under general anesthesia; (2) Aged 65 to 80 years old; (3) Sentient spontaneously breathing patients; (4) Signed informed consent; (5) Strict fasting and drinking prohibition before operation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with severe heart valve disease, major peripheral vascular disease,ejection fraction less than 40%; (2) Patients with respiratory distress such as pleural effusion; (3) Patients with increased intraperitoneal pressure or cirrhosis of the liver; (4) Patients who cannot accurately measure or identify patients with IVC images.
