Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Luteal Phase Deficiency patient without pregnancy with normal sexual life for more than 12 months, and male sexual function and semen examination are normal; premenstrual or late menstruation, amenorrhea, or premenstrual or postmenstrual dripping, or accompanied by dysmenorrhea, premenstrual breast swelling, irritability, lumbar acid and cold; Basic sex hormone LH < 3.5miu/ml. On the 7th to 9th day after ovulation, P < 15ng/ml, or BBT high temperature phase < 10 days, the high phase is unstable; Following items could be met or not: (1) Color Doppler ultrasonography showed enlarged or polycystic ovaries on one or both sides, adenomyosis or bilateral ovarian chocolate cysts on one side; (2) Color Doppler ultrasonography showed that follicles with diameter less than 17 mm ovulated or luteinized follicles; (3) Biochemical pregnancy history; 2. Aged 20 to 40 yeas; 3. Hysterosalpingography with lipiodol showed that at least one side of the fallopian tube was unobstructed; 4. 1-2 dominant follicles were excreted by transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonography.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Organic lesions of the genital system; (2) Uterine leiomyoma and pelvic inflammatory diseases; (3) Abnormal detection of serum immune antibodies; (4) Complication with other serious internal medicine or/and psychiatric diseases; (5) be exposed to teratogenic doses of radiation, poisons, drugs and in action.
