18 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 70 years, male or female; 2. Patients with chronic non-atrophic gastritis, chronic atrophic gastritis (including intestinal metaplasia), neoplasia, early gastric cancer and advanced gastric cancer diagnosed by gastroscopy and pathology.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Using antibiotics, bismuth agent or traditional Chinese medicine with antibacterial action in a month, using a proton pump inhibitor, histamine H2 receptor antagonist, antacid, gastric mucosal protectant or nonsteroidal antiinflammatory drug in 2 weeks; 2. History of gastric surgery; 3. Helicobacter pylori eradication treatment within six months; 4. Zollinger-Ellison syndrome; 5. Duodenal ulcer within six months; 6. Hyperthyroidism; 7. Severe heart, liver or kidney insufficiency, severe mental diseases; 8. Pregnant woman or breast feeding women; 9. Unsuitable for the clinical trial considered by researchers.
