Group 1:Thoracoscopic radical resection of lung cancer
Group 2:Open lung cancer radical surgery
Group 3:Total intravenous anesthesia
Group 4:Inhalation anesthesia
Group 5:Inhalation combined anesthesia
Group 6:Intravenous anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia
Group 7:Dual-lumen one-lung ventilation
Group 8:Single-lumen double-lung ventilation

18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged at least 18 years who underwent radical surgery and did not have organic disease.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cancer spread, invasion and distant metastasis; 2. Incomplete resection; 3. Unplanned changes to the surgical approach; 4. Death due to surgery-related complications within 1 month; 5. Suffering from immune system diseases; 6. BMI>30kg/m2; 7. Infusion of hormone or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs within 1 month prior to surgery; 8. Medical records are incomplete.
