18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 70 years old patients with chronic congestive heart failure diagnosis; 2. echocardiography EF<40%; 3. left ventricular end diastolic diameter greater than 50 mm; 4. New York heart association function grade IIIV.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with congenital heart disease; 2. peripartum cardiomyopathy; 3. rheumatic valvular disease; 4. left ventricular dilatation caused by myocarditis; 5. patients who have received or intend to receive ICD, CRT, CRT-D and other equipment treatment; 6. patients with poor compliance; 7. acute coronary syndrome; 8. advanced cirrhosis; 9. hepatic decompensation; 10. renal decompensation (serum creatinine concentration >178 µmol/L); 11. pregnant; 12. isolated kidney; 13. kidney transplant patients.
