Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis of gastrointestinal stromal tumors confirmed by pathological and immunohistochemical analyses; 2. Patients who received preoperative or postoperative imatinib treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. pregnant or nursing women; 2. patients with severe diseases of other systems or coexistence of any other malignancies
