18 Years to 50 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) healthy adults between the ages of 18-50, normal liver and renal function, signed the informed consent; (2) The results of thyroid function tests and anti-thyroid antibodies before biotin administration within the normal range.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) being treated with any medicine (including dietary or nutritional supplements) or significant iodine intake in the past 1 months; (2) smoking or alcohol abuse history; (3) working the night shiftor; (4) hyroid ultrasonography suggested Graves' disease, hashimoto's thyroiditis, subacute thyroiditis and other diseases that may cause thyroid function changes; (5) pregnant or lactating.
