Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. A patient with cognitive impairment who is in a stable phase of schizophrenia; 2. Understand the study and sign the informed consent form with the consent of the family member or the person; 3. the level of education above the primary school, can understand the content of the assessment questionnaire; 4. patients with oral antipsychotic drugs, a stable dose, oral risperidone or olanzapine. Type and dose are constant during treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Excluding those with serious physical complications and other serious mental illnesses requires more antipsychotic drugs; 2. Exclude those who cannot understand the contents of the questionnaire; 3. Exclude photoallergic patients; 4. Exclusion of systemic psychotherapy 1 month prior to enrollment; 5. Exclude the first 3 months of enrollment or who are undergoing MECT treatment; 6, to exclude patients with dementia, can not cooperate with the excitement of impulsive patients.
