2 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) patients aged 2-35 years; 2) newly diagnosed with histological confirmed osteosarcoma; 3) all patients will agree to receive osteosarcoma surgery; 4) normal kidney and liver function; 5) willing to give informed consent by guardians or patients themselves.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients will be excluded if they have history or present alcohol or drug abuse; history of NEMS treatment within 1 month prior to this study; history or clinical evidence of heart diseases, or cardiac pacemaker.
