Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 18 to 60 years old; with full capacity; being willing and able to participate in the follow-up of this study. 2. Spinal cord injury (within 24 hours) scored ASIA-A grade, divided into three groups: cervical 4-thoracic 1 group, thoracic 2-thoracic 9 group and thoracic 10-waist 1 group, and other patients with stable neurological function; 3. Non-coma patients, cooperating with check.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with coma or accompanied by severe brain injury; 2. Accept other clinical trials; 3. Blood glucose 22.2 mmol / l. Blood pressure>150/90mmHg, after the medication does not continue to decline; 4. Heart, lung, liver or kidney failure, due to severe anemia. Or a disease that has been diagnosed (such as a mental illness), it is difficult to complete a study for up to 1 year; 5. The patient or his or her guardian is unable or unwilling to sign an informed consent form. 6. Complete transverse injury of the spinal cord; 7. Spinal cord firearm or sharp weapon injury; 8. Spinal shock. 9. Damage more than 24 hours or incomplete injury
