Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with early or advanced gastric cancer who underwent radical surgery and was diagnosed as sarcopenia at the same time; (2) Initial treatment patients did not receive anticancer treatment such as chemotherapy before operation, and had indications of radical gastric cancer surgery; (3) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade < III; (4) Abdominal computed tomography (CT) examination was performed within 1 month before operation; (5) Voluntary signature of written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Non-sarcopenia patients; (2) Emergency operation patients; (3) Patients undergoing non-radical surgery; (4) Patients with preoperative movement disorder or physical disability who can not complete skeletal muscle functional exercise; (5) Mental disorders and people with a history of drug abuse; (6) Women in lactation and pregnancy; (7) Patients who did not agree to participate in this study.
