Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 65-85 years; 2. Comply with the diagnostic criteria of TCM and Western medicine for cervical radiculopathy; 3. Those who have received other conservative treatments must have a washout period of more than 1 week; 4. Signing informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined cervical cancer, tuberculosis, osteomyelitis; 2. Suspicious spinal cord injury; 3. Have undergone cervical surgery and cervical deformity; 4. Other types of cervical spondylosis; 5. allergies (for two or more foods, drugs, pollen and other allergens) or allergy to test drugs or allergies skin; 6. Combined with severe primary diseases such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular, liver and kidney, tumor and hematopoietic system, and active gastrointestinal ulcer or bleeding; 7. Liver function is 2 times higher than the upper limit of normal value or renal function is 1.5 times higher than the upper limit of normal value; 8. associated with acute injury or rheumatic autoimmune diseases; 9. the therapy area skin damaged or skin conditions are not suitable for external therapy; 10. Researchers believe that it is not appropriate to include other aspects of the trial.
