18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Experimental group 1: 1. complete spinal cord injury patients (15 cases) aged 18-60 years old; 2. traumatic spinal cord injury; 3. spinal cord injury international standard neurological classification diagnosis AIS grade A; 4. the course of disease2 months -12 months. Experimental group 2: 1. incomplete spinal cord injury patients (15 cases) aged 18-60 years old; 2. traumatic spinal cord injury; 3. the international standard neurological classification diagnosis of spinal cord injury AIS C or D grade; 4. the course of disease2 months -12 months. Control group: 1. healthy volunteers (15 cases) aged 18-60 years old; 2. no medical history of central or peripheral nervous system injury. All groups of subjects agree to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) antibiotics have been used in the past 1 month; (2) history of other injuries, burns or infections in the past 1 month; (3) previous obesity or malnutrition (BMI < 18.5kg/m2), diabetes, gastrointestinal history, autoimmune diseases, malignant tumors and mental history
