Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. There is a clear history of abnormal obstetrics that can lead to intrauterine distress, and severe fetal distress (fetal heart <100 times for more than 5 minutes; or amniotic fluid III degree contamination; or a history of obvious asphyxia during childbirth); 2. Severe asphyxia at birth, refers to Apgar score 1 minute = 3 points, and continues to 5 minutes is still = 5 points; or umbilical artery blood gas pH = 7.00 at birth; 3. Neurological symptoms appear shortly after birth and last for more than 24 hours, such as changes in consciousness (hyperexcitability, lethargy, coma), changes in muscle tone (increased or weakened), abnormal primitive reflex (sucking, hug reflexes weakened or disappeared), convulsions , brain stem sign (changes in respiratory rhythm, changes in pupils, slow response or disappearance of light) and increased anterior tendon tension.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclude electrolyte dysfunction, intracranial hemorrhage and birth injury caused by non-asphyxia, as well as brain injury caused by intrauterine infection, genetic metabolic diseases and other congenital diseases. (Chinese Journal of Pediatrics No. 8, 2005)
