Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. General anesthesia and operation requiring nasotracheal intubation; 2. Aged 18 to 65 years; 3. Obtaining personal informed consent; 4. ASA I-II; 5. Mallampati grade I-II; 6. The estimated time of surgery is no more than 5 h.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Known or predicted difficult airway; 2. A history of rhinitis, pharyngitis and other lung diseases; 3. Patients who have oropharyngeal or nasopharyngeal tumors; 4. A history of nasal trauma,basal skull fracture or mandibular fracture; 5. Previous nasal surgery or epistaxis; 6. Bleeding diathesis; 7. Patients who may need to retain tracheal tube after surgery; 8. History of respiratory infection within 2 weeks.
