Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 ~ 70 years old; male or female; 2. Being HBsAg, HBeAg positive for at least 6 month; 3. HBV DNA level >1×105 copies/ml; 4. 2×ULN < ALT < 10×ULN; 5. Never received antiviral treatment for HCV infection before or at least not within 6 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Received systematic antiviral and immune-modulating therapy at least 6 month before the study; 2. Evidence of hepatic decompensation; 3. Co-infected with other hepatic virus, such as HCV or HDV; 4. Had a history of other chronic liver illness other than HBV, such as hemochromatosis, autoimmune liver disease, metabolic liver disease, and etc.
