Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Elective radical resection of lung cancer patients; 2. Male and female aged 25 to 65 years old; BMI 18 to 25 kg/m2; 3. ASA I to III; 4. Preoperative imaging stage IIa~IIIa of lung cancer.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy; 2. Use hormones and immunosuppressants; 3. Allergy to anesthetic drugs; 4. Intraoperative bleeding greater than 400mL or infusion of allogeneic blood; 5. Postoperative pathology was benign; 6. Postoperative pathological gene detection suggested effective monitoring points and the use of targeted drugs.
