Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The acute stage of gout: (1) meets the clinical diagnostic criteria of gout; (2) there are symptoms of red, swelling, fever and pain in the affected joint within one week; (3) aged 18-70 years male and female; (4) subject knows and signs the informed consent. Gout intermission period: (1) meets the clinical diagnostic criteria of gout; (2) acute onset of gout relief for at least two weeks; (3) aged 18-70 years male and female; (4) subjects know and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Tumor history of enteron, ovary and breast; (2) pregnant or lactating; (3) combined with other systemic infections, such as bronchitis; (4) The duration of observation was less than 6 months.
