18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >18 years male or female patients; 2. Diagnosed with osteoarthritis or rheumatoid arthritis; 3. Plan to receive bilateral total knee replacement.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of allergy to any of the injectable drug ingredients or excipients; 2. Active gastrointestinal ulcers or gastrointestinal bleeding; 3. Patients with bronchospasm, acute rhinitis, nasal polyps, angioneurotic edema, urticaria, and other allergic reactions after taking aspirin or nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (including COX-2 inhibitors); 4. Knee severe varus or valgus deformity; 5. Severe liver injury (serum albumin <25g / L or Child-Pugh score =10); 6. Inflammatory bowel disease; 7. Congestive heart failure (NYHAII-IV); 8. Opioids abuse; 9. Peripheral arterial and / or cerebrovascular diseases.
