Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Clinical diagnosis of chronic hepatitis B; 2. Aged 18-60 years old; 3. NAs treatment for more than 1 year, currently HBsAg=1500 IU/ml, HBeAg-negative and HBV DNA<100 IU/ml; 4. No interferon treatment contraindications, willing to receive PEG-IFN treatment and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Interferon allergic; 2. ALT is greater than 10 times the upper limit of normal, total bilirubin is greater than 2 times the upper limit of normal; 3. Decompensated cirrhosis, or cirrhosis decompensation; 4. Peripheral blood leukocyte count and / or platelet count is lower than the normal limit; 5. There are serious important organs such as cardiovascular, lung, kidney, brain lesions and fundus lesions; 6. Patients with autoimmune diseases, mental illness, diabetes, thyroid dysfunction (hyperactivity or low); 7. Patients diagnosed or suspected of liver cancer and other malignant tumors; 8. After organ transplantation or preparation for organ transplant; 9. Those who are using immunosuppressants; 10. Pregnancy or planned pregnancy within 2 years; 11. Alcohol or drug addicts; 12. Consolidation of people living with HIV; 13. The competent doctor considers that there are other situations in which interferon should not be used; 14. Patients with chronic diarrhea or patients with acute diarrhea in the last week; 15. There are cases where long-term oral antibiotics need to be taken or not undergoing intestinal metabolism in combination with other infections or diseases.
