Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pregnant women are the first single pregnancy, gestational age 25-27 weeks, aged between 25-34 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Excluding organ diseases such as heart, liver, spleen, lung and kidney, excluding thyroid diseases, pancreatitis, cholecystitis, tumors and other diseases, no family history of diabetes mellitus, hypertension, polycystic ovary syndrome and other diseases before pregnancy, and fasting blood sugar (FPG) in early pregnancy were less than 5.6 mmol/L, no hormones or other drugs affecting glucose metabolism were used during pregnancy.
