Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Sixty patients aged 18 to 65 years and weighing 40 to 75 kg, were selected for chest surgery in our hospital since March 2018. The patients had to be intubated with double-lumen bronchial tube under general anesthesia. ASA I or II; cardiac function class I to II, Mallampati airway classification I to II, and no difficulty in intubation was predicted in airway assessment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The patients with severe hypertension, uncontrolled hypertension, history of endocrine system diseases, allergic diseases, mental disorders, arrhythmias and abnormal cardiac conduction before operation were excluded, those who were allergic to this study were excluded, those with severe and uncontrolled hypertension, history of endocrine system diseases, history of allergic diseases and history of mental diseases were excluded. The bronchial intubation was not successful at one time or the intubation time was longer than 30 s.
