Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient who is diagnosed with acne vulgaris, according to the diagnosis of this disease. The degree of disease was graded in I-III. 2. Aged 14-40 years old male and female; 3. Willing to sign informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who do not meet the inclusion criteria; 2. Occupational acne caused by chemicals; Drug-induced acne; Severe acne such as acne conglobata and acne necrotica; 3. Women in pregnancy and lactation; 4. patients with serious primary diseases such as heart, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system and mental disease; 5. patients with active herpes simplex, vitiligo and psoriasis on the face; 6. Oral medication for acne was used within 1 month before treatment and external medication for acne was used within 1 week before treatment; 7. Acne with cysts.
