Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Clinical diagnosis of patients with chronic urticaria, and the diagnostic criteria meet the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology criteria, and age- and sex-matched normal controls without any skin diseases

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) having inflammatory bowel syndrome or any other systemic disease; 2) using systemic antibioics, retinoids, coeticosteroids or immunosuppressive agents within 2 months; 3) Pregnant and lactating women.
