Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Hospitalized in Beijing hospital and examined with renal biopsy; 2. Older than 18 years old; 3. 24-hour urinary protein quantification = 0.5g, or < 0.5g if accompanied by unexplained renal function reduction. eGFR < 45mL/min/1.73m2 (equivalent to stage 3b chronic kidney disease); 4. Voluntarily participate in this clinical study. Must sign written informed consent before the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. With acute infection, trauma or surgery within 2 weeks; 2. With mental illness or unable to follow instructions. 3. Presence of serious medical diseases such as coronary heart disease, emphysema, asthma or intolerance of breath holding due to other reasons; 4. Unable to perform MRI, such as claustrophobia, pacemaker installation or other metallic implants; 5. During pregnancy or lactation, or impending pregnancy and lactation during the study; 6. Showing poor compliance (judged by the researcher); 7. Other situations that are considered unsuitable for inclusion by researchers.
