Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for control and self-administered groups: 1. patients with coronary heart disease diagnosed by the gold standard in the Second-class A and above hospitals; 2. long-term residents of the community; 3. Voluntarily participate in this study. Inclusion criteria for the network platform management group: 1. patients with coronary heart disease diagnosed by the gold standard in the second-grade A and above hospitals; 2. The patient or family member can operate the computer; 3. long-term residents of the community; 4. Voluntary participation in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) The patient has a serious mental illness; (2) The condition is serious and cannot be taken care him/herself.
