Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. At the initial screening of the pediatric insurance questionnaire (visit 1), the infant's age was less than 12 months (the critical value was 365 days from the date of birth); 2. The guardian of the infant (aged over 18 years) signs the written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Participating in other investigations or clinical trials; 2. According to the clinical judgement of the researchers, current or previous diseases/diseases, such as gastrointestinal malformations, congenital metabolic disorders, immunodeficiency or major surgery, are known to occur that may interfere with the parameters of this study or its results; 3. Researchers such as hepatorenal insufficiency and contraindication of OFC judged that they were not suitable for enrollment.
