Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who were diagnosed with acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction and who underwent emergency PCI were enrolled in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2021.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient has a history of renal artery stenosis or imaging evidence showing renal artery stenosis; 2. patients with GFR <45 ml / min / 1.73 m2; 3. previous history of myocardial infarction; 4. has a history of clear ventricular arrhythmia; 5. severe stenotic heart valve disease; 6. pregnancy or planning for pregnancy during the study; 7. plan to re-administer CABG or PCI patients in the short term; 8. adverse cardiac events during hospitalization (recurrent myocardial infarction, angina, heart failure).
