Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged over 18 years male or female; 2. able to communicate normally, and can understand the reasearch content of the project, cooperate with the intervention and questionnaire evaluation; 3. HIV preliminary screening test was positive in last week, and the confirmation result was not known; 4. Patient informed the consent and voluntarily take part in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient with severe arrhythmia or heart failure during or after the onset of mycardial inarction; 2. with serious disease of major organs,such as liver or kidney insufficiency respiratory failure,cerebral infarction, advenced AIDS and other unstable conditions; 3. Patient have or had severe mental illness; 4. With cognitive impairment, severe intellectual or mental deficiency; 5. Other serious health problems not mentioned above.
