Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age>60 years old male and female; 2. MDS was clinically diagnosed before enrollment and required treatment; 3. Unable to tolerate cyclosporine or demethylation therapy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. HIV infection, or hepatitis c antibody positive or hepatitis b surface antigen positive; 2. The following biochemical indexes: ALT/AST was 1.5 times higher than the upper limit of normal, and total bilirubin and blood lipid were 2 times higher than normal; 3. Pregnant or breast-feeding women; 4. Have an uncontrolled systemic infection or other serious illness.
