Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged 18 to 80 years old; 2) Time of onset (onset to admission time) = 24 hours; 3) ischemic stroke caused by anterior circulation/post-circulation aortic disease; 4) Patients or their families sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with intracranial hemorrhage, traumatic brain injury, brain tumor, other suspected symptoms but not diagnosed as stroke; 2) Those who are allergic to iodine contrast agents, or who are temporarily unable to check due to taking metformin or aminoglycoside drugs; 3) Patients with renal failure; 4) Those with severe cardiac dysfunction; 5) Those with severe liver damage; 6) Patients with a predicted survival of less than 1 year; 7) Pregnant women.
