Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 ) Patients who are scheduled to undergo thyroidectomy and lumbar internal fixation for 3h are scheduled to undergo surgery under endotracheal general anesthesia; 2 ) Age 18 - 75; 3)BMI index 18 - 30K g / ?; 4)ASA Class I to III; 5 ) Voluntary signing of informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 ) Those who had sleep disorders and mental disorders the patients took sleeping pills, sedatives, antidepressants, NSAIDs and hormones for a long time before surgery, or other drug abusers or alcoholics. 2 ) Patients with a history of serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. 3 ) Some points have skin damage, infection or an electrophysiological device implanted in the body; . 4 ) Those who do not agree with the cooperation or have serious visual or hearing impairment or are unable to communicate. 5 ) Those who participated in other clinical trials within 3 months before being selected for the study.
