Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: With the approval of the Medical Ethics Committee of the Hospital, FBSS patients were selected from June 2018 to June 2019 in Chancheng District Central Hospital of Foshan City. The clinical diagnostic criteria of FBSS are as follows: 1. After laminectomy or nucleus pulposus removal, lumbar, hip pain, radiation stubborn pain or other discomfort symptoms still exist in patients with lumbar disc protrusion; 2. Examination showed corresponding spinous processes and paravertebral tenderness, positive straight leg elevation and reinforcement test on the affected side, and abnormal muscle strength, sensation and reflex of the affected lower limbs. Preoperative CT or MRI findings of the lumbar spine suggest corresponding disc herniation; 3. Exclude the lumbago and leg pain caused by tuberculosis, tumors and other factors. Patient's aged from 35 to 80 years old, regardless of gender. All patients underwent spinal internal fixation to remove the intervertebral disc at the stage of lesion, and after operation, lumbar discomfort, limb pain or numbness occurred.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with pathological changes in the spinal canal were excluded by MRI reexamination, patients with pain caused by residual disc or bone debris falling into the spinal canal after lumbar surgery, patients with osteogenic spinal stenosis, calcification of intervertebral disc and cauda equina syndrome were excluded, patients with secondary infection after lumbar surgery were excluded, and patients who were reluctant to receive silver needle therapy because of fear of pain were excluded. Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases were excluded; diabetic patients with uncontrolled blood sugar were excluded; patients with lumbar or sacral tumors or tuberculosis were excluded; patients with abnormal coagulation function were excluded.
