18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged from 18 - 70 years old male and female; (2) Clinical diagnosis of cirrhotic with portal hypertension patients with esophageal variceal hemorrhage (3) Severe esophageal varices with or without severe varices of gastric fundus veins were confirmed by endoscopy. (4) Child-Pugh Score less than 9; (5) Peripheral blood platelets < 50 *10^9/L; (6) Volunteered to join the research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) History of malignant tumors; (2) HIV-positive ; (3) History of immunodeficiency or autoimmune diseases; (4) Organ dysfunction; (5) History of mental disorders; (6) History of drug abuse; (7) Participated in other clinical trials; (8) With serious cardiopulmonary or other underlying diseases; (9) Other unsuitable situation; (10) Patients are reluctant to sign informed consent.
