Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients who are definitely diagnosed as single-segment LSS; (2) Patients with intermittent claudication and leg pain; (3) Patients who are ineffective by conservative treatment for at least 2 months and the pain seriously affects the quality of life, or patients have nerve root paralysis/cauda equina nerve damage manifestations; (4) The patient's physical signs were consistent with preoperative imaging and neurological examinations.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with other lumbar spine diseases such as cervical, thoracic and lumbar spinal canal diseases; patients with low educational level and mental disorders ; patients after lumbar surgery.
