Interventions
Group 1:on the basis of conventional luteal support treatment plus the addition of estradiol valerate 4mg / d orally, until HCG blood test day.
Group 2:On the third day of the membrane transformation day, HCG2000IU was administered intramuscularly once every other day for 5 consecutive times.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The inclusion criterion: the patients use long luteal down-regulation protocol to stimulate ovarion undergone IVF/intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) with fresh ET,The percent of Serum estrogen levels decreased by >80% at 48 h after oocyte retrieval compared with hCG trigger day; 2. The inclusion criteria: female age under 40 years old; Frozen transplantation cycles with hormone replacement therapy preparation of endometrium (including GnRH-a cycles).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The exclusion criterion: uterine malformations,endometriosis,and an endometrial thickness 5000 pg/mL. The patients were counseled and signed an informed consent. 2. The exclusion criterion: uterine malformations; endometriosis; endometrial thickness <8 mm; the follicle diameter =14cm on the secretory transformation day. The patients will be counseled and signed an informed consent.
