Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Edmonton Frailty Scale-Chinese Revised (EFS-CR) = 5 points; 2. MoCA Fuzhou version score = 26 points; 3. Aged = 60 years old; 4. Informed consent, voluntary participation. All inclusion criteria are met before inclusion.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Hypertensive patients with uncontrollable blood pressure (systolic blood pressure greater than 160mmHg or diastolic blood pressure greater than 100mmHg); 2. History of alcohol and drug abuse; 3. Have a history of mental illness (such as personality disorder, schizophrenia, etc.), major depression (Beck Depression Scale > 10 points), or severe aphasia and audio-visual disorders, or severe organ failure, history of ventricular infarction, history of coronary heart disease, musculoskeletal disorders and other exercise contraindications; 4. Metal implants (such as fixed metal dentures, pacemakers, etc.) and other unsuitable for MRI scans; 5. dementia (GDS grade II-III); 6. regular exercise in the last six months: (regular exercise means exercise with a frequency of at least three times a week and at least 20 min per session; 7. participating in other clinical study and will affect the evaluation of the results of this study. Any of the above conditions are excluded from the study.
