Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with acute non-ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction undergo PCI procedure; (2) aged 18 and 75 years old; (3) Patients who voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction; (2) Cardiogenic shock; (3) severe heart failure (NYHA class IV, or left ventricular ejection fraction = 35%) or severe valvular heart disease; (4) Patients with severe blood, nervous system and malignant tumors have a life expectancy of less than 3 years; (5) severe liver and kidney dysfunction (ALT > 3 times the upper limit of normal and / or Cr level = 265umol/L); (6) active bleeding; (7) pregnant or lactating women; (8) Those who have participated in or are participating in other clinical trials in the past three months.
