18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. within 24 hours of onset; 2. aged = 18 years old; 3. first onset; 4. the subjects had the history of stroke and/orneuroimaging (CT or MRI) provided evidence of cerebrovascular disease.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) With serious heart, liver, kidney, lung and other systemic diseases that affect patients' cognition; (2) patients who cannot cooperate to complete the evaluation; (3) a clear history of cognitive impairment.
