Group 1:(the total amounts of daily EN was continuously and evenly distributed in 20 hours/day
Group 2:the total amounts of daily EN was divided to 5 sets with 1set/1 hour infusion and 4 hours interval every 2 sets during the day

19 Years to 79 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18 and 80 years; 2. Nutrition Risk Screeningscore (NRS2002)= 3 points; 3. EN started in 24 to 48 hours after ICU admission and predicted EN=7 days.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Diabetes; 2. EN < 7 days with any reason; 3. Cirrhosis, pancreatitis, pancreas-related diseases; 4. Tumor and cachexia; 5. Use of high-dose glucocorticoid; 6. Patients received renal replacement therapy; 7 patients with multiple organ failure.
